Season Commitment & Payment Options
At Jump, we aim to keep teams consistent for the entire season, not just each term.
For this Winter Season (February–June), families have two payment options:
-
Register and pay for the full season, preferred option
-
Pay per term, available to assist & offer flexibility
While both options are available, committing to the full season helps:
-
Build stronger, more connected teams
-
Support player growth and consistency
-
Reduce administrative work and mid-season team changes
-
Provide the best coaching environment for your child
We understand sports can be an expense, which is why we offer per-term payments and accept Active Kids vouchers to make participation accessible for all families.
Please choose the payment option that suits your family, though we strongly encourage committing to the full season to support your child’s development, and their team throughout the entire competition.
Our expectation is that all players are committing to the full season, even if you choose to pay per term.
Please select the payment option that best suits your family, but note that team consistency and player development work best when players remain committed for the entire season.
Social Competition, includes training & games

Team Training Is Mandatory
At Jump, team training is a key part of our program.
Unlike most competitions, every team has a dedicated coach and their own weekly training slot, so players can train together, build chemistry, and learn each other’s strengths on the court.
Training as a full team helps develop:
-
Better teamwork & communication
-
Stronger rapport and friendships
-
Smarter game play as a unit
-
Consistent improvement across the whole team
We kindly ask all players to attend their scheduled training each week so the team can grow together and perform at their best.

Selecting The Correct Age Group
When registering, please choose the age group based on your child’s age during the season (Feb–June).
To keep things fair, safe, and enjoyable for all players:
-
If your child ages out during the season, they should play in the higher age group.
-
Example: If your child is 12 and does not turn 13 before June, they may play in U12s.
-
If your child turns 13 anytime before June, they should play in U14s.
-
If your child is 17 and only turns 18 at the end of the season, they may still play in U17s.
Player placement is also based on experience, confidence, and skill level.
Our coaches may advise if a different age group is more suitable to support your child’s development.
Thank you for helping us keep the competition fair and enjoyable for every player!
